For 10-years Laura worked within a large global recruitment firm based in the UK & New York. Focused heavily within civil construction & engineering, working with a range of construction professionals and finance & accounting executives. Most recently Laura has worked within the nuclear sector supporting full cycle recruitment within numerous functions including project management (construction & programme), multidisciplinary engineering, waste management, finance/accounting, and IT/digital.

For employers Laura has the ability to ensure a hands-on process through retained searches. You will have an individual approach to candidate attraction & sourcing, a tailored shortlist of candidates and a closely supported interview stage/s, followed by on-going aftercare service post placements. The aim is to become trusted partners in order to attract & retain talent in the short & long-term.

For candidates Laura will ensure that we communicate from an initial detailed registration through to job placement. Laura is able to offer a tailored job search, on-going support; from interview techniques, to general market advice, while offering expert insight to client requirements, and regular follow ups.
