The role of a Principal Engineering Manager (Transport Planner) is to plan and lead the development of design within a defined scope area and the integration and acceptance of that design across the programme.The Principal Engineering Manager will be degree qualified and will initially cover the defined scope area outlined below across a portfolio of projects.
